Registering for a program is easy!
Two: Submit waiver and registration forms
Fill out and submit our waiver form via email, fax or mail.
- ALL pages must be filled out and signed
- Specify the type of payment plan you would like to use (check, credit card, payment plan, etc.)
- Include a credit card number that we may have on file even if you would like to pay via check.
- This waiver needs to be completed only once.
Fill out and submit the individual program registration form via email, fax or mail.
Day Programs: Morning Group | OT/Play Group | After School Group | Parent Group
School Year Camps: Labor Day | Thanksgiving | Holiday
Weekend Programs: August Rafting | School Year
